VC2Kard

Give a VC2Kard as a gift to someone special. VC2Kards may be applied to the cost of memberships and any product sold or rented at Viewers Choice 2000 excepting the purchase of a VC2Kards and security deposits. Membership Rules ,including security deposit requirements will still apply. VC2Kards are not redeemable for cash, may not be returned, and will not be replaced in the event they are lost or stolen. Your purchase and/or use of a VC2Kard, signifies your acceptance of these terms as well as the terms printed on the back of the VC2Kard.

Viewers Choice Entertainment also reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time.

VC2Kredit

At Viewers Choice 2000 we have two Rebate Policies:

If you return your movie by latest 7:30pm, on the same date on which you rented the movie, then we will credit your account by $50.00

In order to be eligible for the rebate outlined, the movie must be returned in store, and entered into the computer by 7:30 pm. We will have no choice but to be very strict with this time as the credit will be automated, and no manual overrides will be allowed .Movies entered even a minute after 7:30pm, will not be eligible for a rebate. No cash refunds will be given. All rebates will be credited to your account.

Viewers Choice Entertainment reserves the right to change the rules, and rebate amounts of the VC2Kredit programme at any time, and without prior notice. Viewers Choice Entertainment also reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time.

Special Orders

All special orders will require a 50% deposit to be made at the time the order is placed. This deposit is non-refundable once the order has been sent off to the supplier. Movie and game orders may take two to three weeks for delivery (NB items that have to be placed on backorder, may take longer). Equipment and furniture orders may take four to six weeks for delivery. Once you have been advised that the item has arrived, you will be given a maximum of two weeks to pay the balance and collect the item. Items not collected within this period may be sold to someone else in order recover the full cost, unless you make some alternate arrangement with us.
